In 2019 Liverpool City Council appointed Kier & CTP as the successful partners to deliver Pall Mall.
The joint venture of Kier & CTP brings together 2 organisations with a strong track record to delivering major city centre schemes of the scale and complexity of Pall Mall.
In 2019 Liverpool City Council commenced the remediation of the site and relocation of a sub station. These works are scheduled for completion in early 2020.
Arena Central, Birmingham
A 1.2 million sq ft of mixed-use development set within a brand new landscaped public realm. Fronting Centenary Square, Arena Central represents a highly deliverable and highly desirable location for work, leisure and retail.
St Pauls Place, Sheffield
St Paul’s Place is a 700,000ft2 mixed-use scheme in the heart of Sheffield city centre. This CTP project comprised much needed new Grade A office accommodation in the city along with residential, hotel, a multi-storey car park, and F&B space with new high quality public realm. The project was delivered in a partnership with Sheffield City Council.
Durham County Council Headquarters, Durham
The authority is creating a new, more modern base in the heart of the city centre which will be less than a third of the size of the current County Hall. As part of the construction, approximately 250 new jobs will be created by Kier, who will be building the new HQ.
