JV Track Record

In 2019 Liverpool City Council appointed Kier & CTP as the successful partners to deliver Pall Mall.

The joint venture of Kier & CTP brings together 2 organisations with a strong track record to delivering major city centre schemes of the scale and complexity of Pall Mall.

In 2019 Liverpool City Council commenced the remediation of the site and relocation of a sub station. These works are scheduled for completion in early 2020.
